Fast shipping everywhere in Quebec and Canada

We prepare and ship all orders within 24 to 48 business hours.

Our deliveries are carried out by private carriers (e.g. UPS, Purolator, etc.), ensuring a fast and reliable service, without exclusively depending on Canada Post's delays.

Delivery times generally vary between 2 and 5 business days depending on your region, and can be up to 10 days for other Canadian provinces.

Holiday Season 2026-2027

For deliveries in Quebec, orders placed by December 17th should, under normal circumstances, be delivered before Christmas.

For deliveries in Canada, an additional delay may apply.

Shipping conditions and responsibilities

Campagne Urbaine commits to preparing and shipping your orders with the utmost care. However, certain transport-related situations remain beyond our control.

1. Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

  • No refund of shipping costs can be issued.
  • A reshipment can be made at the customer's expense once the package is returned.

2. Package marked as "delivered" but not received

When the carrier indicates that the package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for theft or subsequent disappearance.

We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, reception, or the concierge.
  • Contacting the carrier directly to request an investigation.

3. Unclaimed or refused package

If a package is returned:

  • Return fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from any refund.
  • A new shipment can be made at the customer's expense.

4. Shipping delays

Once handed over to the carrier, delivery times may vary due to:

  • weather conditions;
  • volume;
  • logistical events beyond our control.

Campagne Urbaine cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier.
