Important information regarding your purchases

Welcome to Campagne Urbaine. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

Our products are carefully selected and described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur and do not constitute a defect.

2. Orders and Payments

Payment must be completed before shipment. We accept major credit cards as well as payment methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, inventory error, or suspicion of fraud.

3. Delivery

We ship all orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the region and remain the responsibility of the carrier.

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, Campagne Urbaine cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, damages, or theft occurring during transit.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Each box is carefully prepared by hand and contains new items, often seasonal or for personal use. For these reasons, our products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items

  • Care or beauty products (soaps, balms, herbal teas, etc.)
  • Candles or scented products
  • Textile items (socks, blankets, etc.)
  • Personalized or pre-packaged gift boxes

No refunds will be issued for boxes or products excluded from return.

Error or defective item

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@boutiquecampagneurbaine.ca within 7 days.

Please attach a photo and your order number. We will assess the situation and, depending on the case, offer:

  • a replacement,
  • a store credit,
  • or a partial refund.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Package

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. Once the package is shipped, Campagne Urbaine is no longer responsible for losses, theft, delays, or delivery errors.

6. Address Provided by Customer

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. No refund will be granted if the package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logo, design) remains the exclusive property of Campagne Urbaine.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of the order apply.
